Goals:

• To promote the growth of disc golf
• To create links between the PDGA and local organizers
• To serve our members' needs
• To create documentation that will inspire others to further innovation and excellence

Your proposal must include:

1. Description (What are you planning to do?)
2. Details (When and where do you hope to do it?)
3. Staffing (Who will make it happen?)
4. Budget (What's it going to cost and what grant amount are you requesting? Grant limit is $400)
5. Background (Any additional information you think the selection committee should consider)

Upon acceptance of an Innovation Grant, we request:

1. You turn in a copy of any programs, newspaper articles, videos, pictures, or a copy of the school project completed.
2. Encourage participants to join the PDGA
3. Write an article for the Disc Golf World News
4. Turn in a final Budget Summary
