2008 PDGA New Member Application
New (first-time) members are encouraged to join the PDGA early in the year and well in advance of your first event, by using one of the methods described below. Note that all payments must be made in US Dollars.
We kindly ask that you do not wait for the last minute and create extra work for a volunteer TD by paying them your membership fee at your first 2008 event. Thanks very much.
You may apply for membership one of three ways:

Fill out the Online PDGA Application/Renewal Form.
Mail - check, money order or credit card
Print out one of the following forms (note: these forms require Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing):
