What would you like to see as the PDGA divisions?

I'll start, perfection in divisions to me would be:

Pro (Must have a 975+ rating) Cash earning division
Open (Anyone not Pro and rated 915 plus) Cash earning division Cheaper entry, smaller payouts.
Am (Must be under 915 rating) Plastic, trophies etc only. Low payin, small payout.

No other divisions, no age or sex divisions, just pure competetive divisions. Bigger divisions, larger payouts, deeper payouts This would be my choice.

That's pretty much how it breaks out with informal league play except the am group gets cash also.

Bring back the age protected intermediate divisions,
Make sure all am divisions are so small and pay so deep that the payout will keep players interested, but not be enough to keep the interest of players with the talent to go pro.

I wouldnt mind such divisions!!! the names could use some work! also the gender based divs should be allowed!! but other than that, that sounds great! i also think 16 and under should be the only age defined divs unless you are talking worlds or something like that!

you realize that this seems nice for all of us who fit in these categories, but what about the new players or those who can only throw 150ft and will never achieve a rating over 850? do you expect them to fund the other players and still keep playing?
sounds like you will have happy people at the top, and the bottom will fall out and there will be no new players.
