You could practice that by tossing her up to a scaffold aiming for a hoop sized circle. I have seen equally remarkable gymnastics at the circus and at Epcot. When they toss the girl up twenty feet and have her land on the stack of chairs it is not fake and she has about the same margin of error.

What would be fake is them pretending at the beginning that they are sizing up the move for the first time. But that's what they do at the circus too: "Now in the center ring, for the first time ever..."
