Don't forget, this Saturday March 27, clean up day at CV disc golf course.
www.LouisvilleDiscGolf.com (http://www.LouisvilleDiscGolf.com)
Our first clean up day was a huge success. I think we had around 15 volunteers, along with 6 or so Parks employees. Hole #3 looks 100% better. We cleaned up a huge brush/trash pile off of it, including bikes, old drums, a typewriter, a stove, and old fencing. It was a lot of work. Hopefully we can recruit a few more volunteers next time....

Hey there, this is Michael Treat from Tulsa. I had the pleasure of meeting several of you at the NT last weekend. I am in town on business staying at the Galt House downtown.
I plan on playing Vetner Friday morning. If anyone is up to a round let me know.
Do you think I can get a cab to pick me up after the round???
Thanks again...

Jimbob, I heard that the Longview,TX course was mainly pitch and putt; my suggestion would be to play the Tyler,TX courses (Lindsey Park or the Roc). Tyler is only another 20 or 30 minutes from Longview and the courses are worth the drive.
