Hi Folks!
Do you live within 200 miles of Ann Arbor? If you do you have no excuse not to come to play Chills at the Mills This weekend the 30th.

Why is this in the Equipment thread? Because of the collectible disc auction after the tournament. This years auction will be the best yet. Why? because of the donators who are: Ann Arbor Disc Induced Sports Club, Pad Timmons from Discraft, Keith from Discraft, Myself, Chris Hoyle from Toledo Area Disc Golf Association, Ron Howard, Peter Wyngaard, and Mark Ellis.
I know you collectors a chomping at the bit to get a peek at Marks collection it is awesome. And Pad Timmons has promised some sweet old discraft as well.

All Proceeds from the tournament and auction go to benefit Food Gatherers our Ice Bowl Charity.

So get off the couch come play a great tournament and bring your wallet so you can help Food Gatherers and get some sweet plastic for yourself.

Here is the link to the club web site A3 (http://www.a3disc.org/)

I have an update for the auction donator list. Keith at Discraft is on board. I asked him if he had any sparkle tsunamis he told me he would take a look. Pad Timmons is also bringing some old Discraft. In addition Gunars is dipping into his collection.

I just went through the Huge bag of stuff Mark is donating. Here is a little taste
San Marino Rocs
Supper Puppy
He also donated a bunch of sweet collaered shirts embroidered Worlds 1999!!! And an matching wind suit embroidered 2001 MDGO XL!!!

Needless to say this stuff alone makes for a great auction let alone all the other stuff from everybody else. I suggest you save some cash this week it will be worth it.

This is one of the few moments when I hate living in Colorado.
OK ... I'm over it.

Any chance you could post items that don't sell on the web someplace ... might boost your numbers if you do. Just a suggestion. Cheers.

How about posting some pictures and taking silent on line bids? I'm not interested in Discraft discs, but the Puppies sound interesting.

After the real auction is over, you should put the stuff not sold on E-Bay, make your own E-Bay Store for the event... you'll reach a larger audience and probably even get more for stuff than you would have had had it sold... :D
also, what innova stuff (if any) will you have for sale???

I will talk to the club after the auction to see if there is any intrest in selling on e-bay. Hopefully most of the items will be auctioned off at the tournament.

Since this is for charity most items will start well below e-bay prices which is more incentive to attend the tournament.
I would rather not use e-bay so I might list items here who knows

I just wanted to thank everyone who came to the tournament and stayed for the auction. The auction was a huge success preliminary accounting reports over $900 raised just from the auction!!! Again all proceeds went to Food Gatherers. There was some sweet plastic and all was sold!!. I suggest putting this in your calendar for next year not only was the weather great but the auction surpassed all expectations.

Thanks gain to all the contributors we couldn't have done it without you.
