How come the Senior Grandmasters and Legends do not receive an obelisk? Do they think we are too old?

I wanted one to put out in front of my house to mount my mailbox to. Thanks Dave for the definition of an obelisk. Thank goodness I can still do that and don't have to do it by myself like you. :D

Is there a list of who received pins...or at least a list of the criteria used to determine who would receive one (something more than a vauge "play in a lot of tournaments or rack up a lot of points...rather, something more quantifiable, like play in 20+ tournaments or amass more than 2000 points)

Hmmm...no thoughts or info on this?

I guess it's safe to say then that 19 sanctioned events and 1300+ points wasn't enough (although those numbers are both higher than Scooter's totals from last year). I guess I'm neither old enough nor young enough nor Female enough (before you go there...nor good enough, either).

Still, it'd be nice to see the criteria. Like most touring players, I'm competitive by nature. If I knew what the criteria for earning a pin was, I might have an extra incentive to try to play one more tournament if that's all I needed.

There is a link in the announcements sectin now, but it does not work (event when corrected for the web instead of dos).

The 2004 criteria are here: http://www.pdga.com/documents/05TPPins.pdf

They don't decide the criteria in advance or the number of pins they are giving out. It is kind of loose.

Yeah, I think it helps the point total a little if you run tournaments where you don't even mess around with amateur divisions and everyone plays Open, Pro Women or Junior Boys!

It's kind of rough for restricted divisions that only play within the division as well.

Mike Anderson - MM1
De'Atra Edwards - FM1

OK,

Michigan had eight divisions and 13 pins. Five pins in junior divisions. Four in old man divisions.

O.k., what disc golf club got the most pins? I'm sure the winning club is in North Carolina, but the Waterford Junior Girls Club members got three pins. On a percentage basis, no one can touch 33%!
