I plan on leaving EARLY Thursday morning, takes about 5-6 hours to get to phoenix from here. I want to leave like 6 am get out there around noon with time to reg and play.
I thought Gomez was riding with me but I am not sure since he has retired from golf if he is even going.

I have never seen these courses, either. The one time I ever played the fountain it was a completely different layout with 30 mile an hour winds. I've never seen the stretched Vista course, nor played the regular with even the sidewalks OB, let alone all that crazy stuff this year.

But alright. I'll go buck-buck-buck with you. I figure you won't be able dial back the cannon at Vista and you'll be going OB while I'm driving with my putter on the way to beating you with an 80 round, so it'll only cost me two bucks. :)

I wanna say congrats to all the san diego guys for playing great and representing low-cal style.I think we had the biggest turnout of people than any city in the USA baby!
(except for the hometown guys)

In the players packs for AMs we got an ultrastar mini. I threw mine yesterday and they fly REALLY far for a mini. I got mine out to 300' on hole 8 at Morely. If you haven't hucked yours yet, give it a go, they are real fun!

For sure Nation, it does go pretty good.
Also, the real nice discraft, colorful, players pack disc went far too. Its sitting at the bottom of the fountain lake, but it went far. Faded a looong shot out over the water towards Rhett and his partner during warm ups Thursday. And.....*Splash*......Oh by the way that was me that made that strange splash by ya Rhett on hole 12. I was on hole 10 tee, that was fun. Nice disc though, should have kept it maybe. ;)

The colorful Spectra that I got for Christams is in the bottom of the second finger on the double peninsula hole. I was still mad that my par putt washed out of the chains and rolled into the water netting me a 6 instead of a 3 on the hole before, so I decided to try and put my next drive by the basket.

Yeah, going 6-5-4 in that stretch pretty much killed my Sunday round. :(
