Widefield Course Pulled

David �SK8′ Kendrick sent sad news that Widefield Park Disc Golf Course near Colorado Springs was vandalized on June 7. Fourteen of the baskets were bent to the ground (http://www.milehighdiscgolf.org/06events/images/bent_basket.jpg) or removed and thrown into the creek (http://www.milehighdiscgolf.org/06events/images/creek_basket.jpg). The remaining baskets were pulled to prevent additional damage. SK8 will update everyone on a plan to repair or replace the baskets. Some assistance may be requested of area disc golfers. An update will be posted as info becomes available.
