I downloaded the audiobook from audible.com
If anyone wishes, I will zip the tracks and put them on a file sharing site. Let me know if anyone wants it and I will post the link here.

It's a great book. I read it a couple of winters ago and it really helped me with the mental part of golf. I highly recommend it to anyone outside my playing area. ;)
I've read it twice and keep it on my nightstand. I'll read a couple of pages or a chapter a night or two before a tournament to get mentally ready for what lies ahead.
If you acknowledge that what goes on between your ears has an affect on what happens between the tee and basket then this book can help you. If not then don't waste your time.
Good luck.

Could get the PDGA in a little trouble, I'd suggest people contact you via eMail for the link instead... just to be safe. I'm not saying it'd be a lot of trouble, but you never know... people that don't have a lot of power/money tend to be the ones that get picked on for the smallest #$*&$!.

the only reason that I ever broke 100 in ball golf was because of that book. I only play disc golf now, but I still use all of the same techniques from that book. It is a must read for anyone who would like to improve their mental game.

Just trying to tell you like it is.
Do you ever wonder why you don't see PGA (ball) golfers "go off" after missing a putt during the final round of a tournament? Oh sure, they'll put their head down for a second or wince or maybe even swear under their breath but they don't whip the sponsor provided (free) putter in the pond or kick and stomp their bag. They generally just go back into their pre-putt routine, tap in, and move on to the next hole. The look on their face is usually similar to the look after they par or birdie a hole. They've learned how to handle these situations so that one bad shot or hole doesn't lead to another. It's one of the things that helped get them to be on tv on a Sunday afternoon.
When I'm playing in a league or tournament there have been times I've finished a round and not known how well (or poorly) I've played. I'll think that I've birdied a couple holes and bogied a couple of holes only to find out that I had 5 birdies and only 1 bogey. Maybe that sounds strange but when you play only the hole your standing on and forget all the others you can do that. ;)
Now if I could just improve on some of the physical aspects of my game. :(

That's a great post!
I've seen so many people just chew and chew and chew on a missed shot for the next 5 holes. You can't play this hole well if you are still thinking about the hole you played 5 holes ago.
What's past is written on the scorecard. Every tee is a fresh start.
