How are ties broken? CTP on Hole 1?
Lowest pDGA number or highest rating seems fair.
Thanks to all who voted.

Live from the New Orleans Motel 6, it's coverage of PDGA candidate Michael Kernan's concession speech:
"Now now, please, settle down everyone, really, no, all that applause is not necessary. It's been a heck of a campaign, and I want to thank you all for your half-azzed support of my election bid. The amount of love and support you have shown me and my family over the past weeks has been, well, nearly palpable, if you don't count the searing pain of many knives penetrating my dorsal region.
At this time I would like to congratulate the winners of the election, and wish you all the luck in the world in straightening out the affairs of this once glorious association of which I hope we can all be proud of again one day soon. Make us proud by stepping away from the failed policies of the past---unaudited financials, greedy dues hikes without subsequent tangible benefits, a "take us or leave us" attitude shown towards potential volunteers and regional organizations, and of course, unequal enforcement of the Rules of Play and the rules of Discussion. This election, unfortunately, is a vivid example of the timeless notion, "It's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game." That I was denied the opportunity to address the membership and spark important debate of PDGA policy going forward is, in my opinion, yet another black eye for this young and struggling association. That the PDGA hierarchy was so threatened by the informed debate that I would have brought to the campaign is an unfortunate stain on the character of the entire organization. To say I had a fair chance in the election is to ignore all the evidence to the contrary, and I am much more disappointed in the unfair decisions made against me by our current representatives than I could ever be in losing a fairly conducted campaign. If the spirit of this uninclusive and unfair campaign is allowed to continue forward, our beloved sport of disc golf will never realize its full potential.
It is time for the failed leaders of the past to quietly step aside. It is time for our new leaders to address the issues that are holding our sport down. This organization needs to define itself in new and positive ways. We need to adopt a new attitude of inclusion and above all, charity. Disc golfers should be known for gentle stewardship of the land upon which our courses are built, and for positively promoting the spirit of community involvement by all our members. We need to turn away from the selfish attitudes of those who seek only profit from the game to one in which the camaraderie and fellowship of doing something for charity is encouraged, and most importantly, communicated effectively to all PDGA members. The PDGA should stand for something, and it is high time that our leaders define what that is, lest we keep having these popularity contests that pass for PDGA elections. Make us proud of this organization by opening the books for our members to learn how their dues are spent, make us proud of this organization by promoting knowledge of our Rules of Play, and make us proud of this organization by actively encouraging our members to volunteer, give back, and communicate in an open and welcoming way.
To all of you who offered me your support during this troubled election, I thank you all. It is unfortunate that so many disc golfers said, 'If I was a current PDGA member, I would have voted for you.' I hope that one day, these people will say, 'I am a current PDGA member and I've never been more proud.' Now it is time for our new leadership to allow that to happen. Thank you all and remember, like anything, you get back from disc golf what you put in. It's up to you all to make us proud of the PDGA. Good day."

...That I was denied the opportunity, through my own inability to abide by the rules of the message board, to address the membership...
