I really wish I could have been there to accept the award for TD's of the year.

But for all of the Tulsa Disc Sports Association I would like to thank the PDGA for giving us the opportunity to host the 2006 AM WORLDS.......I would like to thank all the players who came to this great state of OKLAHOMA, and all of you that voted for us.

But most of all I would like to thank all the hard working volunteers here in Tulsa and across the state that came together to help us put together one great event. From all the TD's here in Tulsa: Myself, Wayne Forrest, Dave Wise, Joe Rotan and many other key figures that made this happen we all thank you for your support.

It was really hard on me personally not being able to tour last year and play the big events that I have played in the past but getting this award is very special to me and all the other co TD's of the 2006 AM WORLDS!!!

Has there been a more hard-fought rookie of the year than this one? Only been playing disc a few years so I've no clue, has it been typical to have three VERY deserving and incredibly talented 1000+ level candidates like KSW, AO, and The Human Rain Delay?

I didn't know Dan Coffman from Kansas City was up for that award (the Human Rain Delay) :)
