If we are trying to get new players into competition and later into the PDGA then why are Rec players not exempt from the 5.0 non member fee? Jr's are, but not rec players?

I have brought 12 new players to rec events this year and everyone ask why they are paying an additional 5.00, when there entry could be anywhere from 9.00 to 20.00 depending on the event.

Next year I would love to see the lowest division be exempt to the non member fee.
