I may be an idiot but I cannot find the PDGA Constitution anywhere on the website, could someone please direct me to it and any other PDGA document that spells out and explains the infrastructure of the PDGA and the roles/responsibilities of Exec. Dir., Tour mgr, coordinators, BoD, CC, etc...

there is no constitution. we have by-laws that describe the BoD duties and how committees are formed. the BoD hires the ED to run the day to day affairs of the business, so the specific duties of the staff positions are up to the ED.

I had no idea the Constitution was absolved, is that what happened to it? But thanks, that's some of what I was looking for. Is the PDGA officially a business now? Do we as members have less say in what direction the PDGA goes? Are we essentially only donating to a cause?

Back to the By laws. So there is not one formal document stating the duties of these positions(disciplinary/competition committee, tour manager, public relations, memberships, state coordinators, et al.) and how these positions are filled or vacated along with how long they serve? Are they all piece meal throughout the website in separate documents? And all the duties are unnamed and determined by the ED on a year to year basis? (I presume not to pigeon hole any one position into only a few specific jobs that may not be relevant in the near future.) Does the ED issue a "duty list" of objectives every year to each position, and if so, are these objectives/expectations posted anywhere?

I am sure this is probably all somewhere for me to read and find on my own but I appreciate the help. Thanks again in advance.
