Do you have to play in the division your rating fits into? Or are you allowed to play "up" from your division?
The reason I ask this is because within the 2008 guidelines I'll have to play in Recreational division with a 898 rating ......ULP! :p

You can even play up, get your asterisk kicked right off the 8 key, and then yell "Bagger" at all the guys who belonged in the division who beat you.
