As in from what time of the year to what time of the year.
Is it always the 31 of December to 31st of December the next year no matter what time you sign up?

I have a new signee wondering this and I couldn't answer.

Memberships always expire on December 31. However, if someone signs up for a membership at this time of the year, they normally carry over their membership to the NEXT December 31....i.e., anyone signing up now would be good until December 31, 2008.
