I've been gleaning some info for an upcoming trip to Austin. I have a few questions about courses in/near town.
1. I hear Bart has been redesigned. Will it likely be in the ground within 3 months? Is there a map?
2. I hear Pease has been redesigned. What's different? Map?
3. I hear Searight plays a reverse course (?) I understand it will be back to normal by the time I'm there, but I'm curious to know how this works. Map?
4. Will Manor be in the ground?
5. Anything else new since Spring 2007?

I hope this helps:
1. I hear Bart has been redesigned. Will it likely be in the ground within 3 months? Is there a map?- there are currently 12 holes there now
2. I hear Pease has been redesigned. What's different? Map? not much just holes 12,13,14 play backwards you should be able to find your way around ok,new tee signs on every hole
3. I hear Searight plays a reverse course (?) I understand it will be back to normal by the time I'm there, but I'm curious to know how this works. Map? stop by discnation on the way there 1/2 mile from course entrance and he may have a map, basically the reverse course has the basket at the normal layouts teebox
4. Will Manor be in the ground? who knows :D
5. Anything else new since Spring 2007?

Ditto. Play Wilco if you haven't.
We don't have maps of the courses on the Waterloo website. Pease is not too different. Bart will be completely different but still easy to follow. Manor was supposed to be in ground over a year ago so I won't even speculate as to whether Travis County will be done with it by that time.
Check back in closer to travel time.

You should also play the Kyle course. Just south of Austin has five par 4's and one par 5, nice cement tee's also, http://www.cityofkyle.com/parks/steeplechasediscgolf.htm
Check back to see about Manor, I have played the course with a temp basket and it is a must play.

It's legend already: Hemme steps out of retirement, feeds the disc perfectly through the gap and smack, splash, other descriptive sounds and he's got an ace. "That's how you do it boys. Next time I'll show you how to double eagle it" he said before disappearing into the mist.

Mr. Tim.....................I was in the tent, not the back alley.
And in fact, it was a motel parking lot. And I heard it from a Legend. The Legend and his friend.
