Im taking a 10 day disc golf/camping trip to Colorado Spings, Co from Iowa City, Iowa from 4-20-2009 to 4-29-2009.

Can anyone give me suggestions on courses I should stop and play

Also any suggestions or advice on camping areas would also be very helpful

Thanks in advance,

Broxey.

If I may make a suggestion, I would make this same post on the Mile High Disc Golf Club website forums.

MHDGC home page (http://www.milehighdiscgolf.org)

You will probably get more responses there. There will be way more traffic from Colorado DGers on those forums.

I assume you are already planing to play the Widefield & Cottonwood courses in the Springs itself. For my $0.02, I would suggest a side trip up to Beaver Ranch (http://www.pdga.com/course-details?id=2883) in Conifer, CO if you are passing through the Denver/Metro area. It's a 20-hole, mountain-style course and definitely worth the trip. In Denver proper, I would suggest the Badlands (http://www.pdga.com/course-details?id=115) course in the Federal Heights nieghborhood. It's now up to 27 holes with a little bit of everything (short, long; open, tight; left, right; etc).
