I got one at bowling green this year and gave it to my girlfriend.
Modified shockwave meant to be a little less stable, has good glide. Really reminds me of a new ontario roc. In that plastic, it seems to have held its flight characteristics pretty well over time... she's kinda rough on plastic :)
Wind penetration isn't that bad either unless you armstrong it, then its going into the ground. Holds a hyzer release pretty well up to about 70% or less power.
Those are my reviews although I've thrown it only a few dozen times with her out in a field.

They fly really similar to the old discraft MRV's

You either sacrifice your soul if you want an anhyzer release or you bungee jump and use the snap to increase the spin to hyzer it...
I've never actually thrown an MRV but that thread is pretty epic. :D

They are a little longer but not by much, everything i throw is a bit of a bullet though. They would never replace my slightly beat drones

They're okay. Nothing too special. You throw it, the disc has a little turn, and then a little fade, and that's about it. There are many more discs that are more versatile.

The aftershock is actually pretty sick. I have a few green sparkle ones that were players pack discs from the Masters Cup and perhaps that particular run is more stable than others, but I can hammer on mine and get very strait very long flights. I think of them as a very stable Buzzz that I don't have to worry about turning over. Very good disc in my opnion.
