just called my investor in hawaii and we need some info from you.
can you shoot me an email? [email protected]

morgan

The house and land have never been appraised, feel free to send an appraiser.

The red salamanders, http://www.hyzercreek.com/eft.htm however, you can't afford.

Cool!

Seeing the presence of Notophthalmus viridescens shows me that Morgan's property is "very clean" (read: very little, if any, pollution) as these critters just don't hang around where there IS pollution (they can't handle it).

Morgan - this was posted on another message board, and I haven't looked at your auction to know the details - can you comment to the accuracy of what's being insinuated? Is it just the property for sale?

"I guess there will be some unhappy people putting their baskets into storage.

"Pin sponsors either donated a pin or donated the cost of a pin to the course, which is $400, or put in an amount of labor equal to one pin. The benefit of sponsoring a pin is, pin sponsors get to play the course for free, for life. If the course is ever pulled, you take the pin, you own it (you paid for it!)."

Yeah Craig, what's up? The person who made the remark is misguided. Whoever buys the course will probably leave the pins where they are, why do you think I'm selling only to disc golfers? If I were selling to ultimate players or DDC players, then maybe there is a chance they will pull the pins. However, I hate and fear and am naturally suspicious of ultimate players like a coyote fears a wolf, and won't sell to them.

If you buy it you get my sage green gummy 150g Sidewinder, which was lost in the schule along the right side of that monstrously long hole on the back 9 last summer. That should increase the value of the course by a good $10-20.

Maybe I misunderstand eBay real estate listings, but I thought that by offering the item for sale, the seller was agreeing to sell to the highest bidder at the end of the auction (unless there is a reserve price, but I don't see this is listed as having a reserve).

Is there some other rules for real estate?

I used to live about an hour away from this course when I went to college. A couple buddies of mine played it while it was first being built. It's an excellent course. I remember it to this day cause when we got to the first sign it had ORANGE tape on it so we could mark ourselves so the hunters wouldn't shoot us. I didn't know disc golfers were such a big game that year?

I leave orange things to wear in October. Jeff Foxworthy forgot...

if that's true, you should have just put a reserve on it.
it sold for 75,100. not selling it to "x...u" for that is lame.

Mo has already explain in several other forums that real estate on ebay is NOT a binding contract. It is simply a means of gathering interested parties. He has no obligation to sell it to anybody.

$75,000 just doesn't cut it. Sorry.
