Mark has posted about this already, but I wanted to start a new thread, since I am much cuter and more lovable than Mark, therefore guaranteeing a better response. (Heh, I wish.)
Really, it's just come to the point that we need someone who qualifies as a Master (age 40+) who would like to play the Can-Am Cup tournament on our team at the end of the month. Without a master, our team can't compete. Anyone we know who we've already thought of has probably been asked enough times that they're ready to choke someone from Team Schenley on sight.
Can-Am Cup is a really fun tournament that I played for the first time last year. It was really friendly and a great experience. The whole tournament is match-play against the other players in your division. The tourney is the last weekend of August and takes place at the Chainbiters course in western NY. Registration is due by this Saturday, so we have to find a Master ASAP!
Although our team's area is Pittsburgh, our Master player doesn't have to be, as we've already met the requirement for number of players representing one region.
