Yes Kyle is open and playable.
Definately hit up circle C ... from what I hear the new disign is much harder and the course as a whole is money.

It is probably under "Steeplechase." Kyle is good, but Manor and Circle C should be played first, imo.

I've not played the new Circle C layout, or Manor....but I LOVE Steeplechase, it's one of my favorite courses played in the Austin area. Well worth taking the time to play. Wilco is a really good one to, but I like Steeplechase better.
Circle R is not that far away, if it's open to the public right now? If you haven't played it...GO THERE!

I think ACL is on the first saturday, so you happen to be in luck as the first saturday of every month is Waterloo's roving mini. I am pretty sure it is at Circle C.
Don't really know about Sunday. Round Rock has a roving deal and Circle C has a bi-weekly deal. Plans might be affected by the popular Oktoberfest tourney near Austin on the same weekend.
