World�s Biggest Disc Golf Weekend is coming up fast � next weekend, May 1st & 2nd. There are big plans for both days right here in Central Texas.

Saturday�s festivities are out at Circle R Ranch and are combined with John Houck's 50th Birthday Party; promises to be a great time for all!!! 9:00 am � 6:00 pm. Sunday May 2nd will held at Zilker Park and hosted by Waterloo Disc Golf Club.
We�ll be set up at the Polo Picnic Table area, near hole #1 on the north side of the course.

9:00 am � 6:00 pm

$10 Player�s Pack gets you a World�s Biggest Disc OR a World�s Biggest Shirt.

$20 Player�s Pack gets you both the disc AND the shirt.

And for only an extra $5, you can upgrade your disc to a Quantum or Sirius disc.

We�ll have lots of door prizes to give away, everyone who signs up to play is eligible. Grand Prize is a BASKET! Come out and join the fun and be a part of a huge worldwide disc golf event.

Back in 1991, John Houck started this event right here in Austin, in Zilker Park, with over 300 people taking part. Come be a part of a great worldwide event! Join in with over 10,000 people from around the globe to play round of disc golf.

Thank you to everyone who came out for this year's World's Biggest at Zilker Park! And especially big thanks to the volunteers who made it happen: Stephanie Allen, Roger Allen, Troy Herman, Roger George, Damon Cotter, and Karen Dorrier (and me)!

We only had 42 people play this year; a bit fewer than last year, but the ones who came out seemed to have a great time. It sure felt good when that front finally hit in the afternoon!

We had a big raffle of stuff donated by John & Dee Houck (Thanks John & Dee!!!). Everyone who played got a free ticket and then we sold tickets also. Below are the winners. We've got club members following up with all these folks, so if you see your name but don't get a phone call in the next few days, get in touch and we'll connect you with the person who has your prize.
