Does anyone had that problem that foreign names get garbled when uploading the scores from an event?

I get like Stefan Str�m gets to be Stefan Ström

I've even copied my scores to notepad first and then to the PDGA site. Doing that usually fixes text bugs, but this one gets me stumped.

Any ideas before I contact the Karolyn?

I sent a note to Gentry to take a look and see if there's something you can do for uploads. The names will display properly once the TD report has been processed and the player names are displayed from links to the PDGA database. But maybe there's a way to make the unofficial results also display names properly.

I've noticed when I logged in to the specifik event, the competion name which is Sk�nska vintertouren then the server also garbles "�" but logging out of there and looking at scores again on the main site the event name looks fine.
So it's not just what I'm uploading but like... the interface doesn't use the same character set
