First and foremost, people who are interested must guarantee they can pay for travel, their entry, and will actually go to the event. Once I have of those people I will make a determination of who should go. So far there are 2 of those people.

If this was last year, I'd award based on skill (points or rating). Since this year's event isn't based on skill but rather your ability to sandbag I'll award the spot differently.
