I just took the survey. It was reasonable, the questions they asked were good. They seemed to be looking for guidance on the type of sponsors to go after. All good.
However, I was surprised and a bit disappointed at the questions they didn't ask. Seems like it would have been a good time to get additional information.
How about questions asking what would I like to see in a PDGA website, the primary communications to/from the PDGA?
How about questions addressing the poor retention rate of PDGA members? We have 15,000 members and 35,000 former members. Why is that?
How about questions soliciting ideas of ways the PDGA can grow the game? They asked for input on other subjects.
I was pleased with the questions they did ask and I hope they get info they can use. These surveys are so infrequent I think it was a missed opportunity to get info I think would have been useful to the organization.
