2023 USWDGC Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Player Packs
- Player Packs will be given ONLY to those registered players who are personally present at USWDGC check-in.
- Player packs may NOT be picked up by someone for someone else.
- At no time will a withdrawal or no-show receive a player’s pack, all refunds are cash only.
Withdrawal and Refund Schedule
- For official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, players MUST use the “Request a Refund” link in their registration confirmation email or the “withdraw/refund” link found on their player profile on Disc Golf Scene. Registrants who have lost their confirmation email may request a new one from the PDGA Event Support Team.
- Withdrawals from the waitlist at any time will receive a 100% refund (less $10 reg fee.)
- All refunds (including waitlist) will be made minus the $10 non-refundable registration fee.
By August 17 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by August 17 will receive a full refund.
By August 24 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by August 24 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 75% refund.
By August 31 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by August 31 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 50% refund.
By September 6 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by September 6 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 25% refund.
By September 13 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by September 13 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 0% refund.
After September 13 - Withdrawals after September 13 will NOT receive a refund of any kind.
On September 20 - All waitlist registrants who are still on the waitlist on September 20, will receive a full refund minus the $10 registration fee.
