The Atlas disc produced by Innova Discs is now PDGA Approved on 6-18-2013.

"The Atlas is a unique new Mid-range that combines a firm, low-profile flightplate with an ergonomic, grippy rim. The Atlas has a straight flight with minimal fade combining accuracy, control and throwability. The gummy rim provides a grippy interface for the player, while the firm flightplate means not having to sacrifice performance. The Atlas performs well for both backhand and forehand throwers forgiving small throwing errors.
