McCoy Resigns From Board of Directors

The Professional Disc Golf Association announces that Kevin McCoy has resigned from the PDGA Global Board of Directors due to professional reasons effective July 30, 2018.

Kevin writes:

"I'm excited to be announcing that I will leaving the PDGA BoD.  It's been 6 years and I am very proud of what we have accomplished in that time. PDGA leagues has been one of the main sources of the PDGA's growth since its inception in 2012, and there is much more to come with leagues.  As many of you know, I have started working with Innova as their east coast mobile operations guy. It would not be fair to the members for me to stay on the board while most of my time and energy representing Innova. Thanks to all of the members that voted for me over the years, I always thought as myself as the voice of the players. I'm pretty sure we left it better than we found it...Deuces! 

Kevin’s dedicated service as a Board member dates back to September 2011, where he played a key role in leading the organization through unprecedented growth and popularity. We ask all members to join us in offering Kevin a heartfelt thank you for his many years of service and wishing him the best of luck with his future endeavors.
