Player Packs

• Player Packs will be given ONLY to those registered players who are personally present at worlds check-in.
• Player packs may NOT be picked up for someone else.
• At no time will a withdrawal or a no-show receive a player’s pack, all refunds are cash only.

Withdrawals and Refund Schedule

• Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, MUST be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene. (Registrants who have lost their confirmation email may request a new one from the PDGA Tour Manager.)
• Withdrawals from the waitlist at any time will receive a 100% refund (less $10 reg fee.)
• All refunds (including waitlist) will be made minus the $10 non-refundable registration fee.

By May 21 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by May 21 will receive a full refund.

By May 28 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by May 28 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal.  If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 75% refund.

By June 4 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by June 4 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal.  If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 50% refund.

By June 11 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by June 11 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal.  If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 25% refund.

By June 18 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by June 18 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal.  If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 0% refund. All waitlist registrants who are still on the waitlist at EOD on Friday, June 18 will receive a full refund minus the $10 registration fee.

After June 18 - Withdrawals after June 18 will NOT receive a refund of any kind. Thank you for your support of Pro Worlds.
