Rules
Start by familiarizing yourself with the Official Rules of Disc Golf.
Member Benefits
As one of more than 130,000+ active members of the Professional Disc Golf Association, you’ll join a group of people who are not only passionate about the sport but also see several benefits from their yearly subscription. Play, save, and grow the game! Check out the full list of member benefits.
Find an event
Visit the event search page on PDGA.com and Disc Golf Scene to find an event near you.
Get a rating
Once you play in your first PDGA-sanctioned event, you should get a player rating. Player ratings are updated the second Tuesday of every month. Not only do you get an updated player rating each month (if you play in an event), each of your sanctioned rounds should get a rating as well.
Ratings (both player ratings and round ratings) are a great way to see how you compare to your peers. If you're not really into competing with others, you can also use ratings to watch your own improvement.
Did you play in events before you joined the PDGA? You can add those events to your player profile by contacting event support with your name, PDGA number, and links to the events you played.
Download the PDGA App
You can search the rules at any time in our official PDGA Live app. Just type in a keyword and you’ll be on your way to learning about the rules as situations come up on the course. You can also use the app to see live results of ANY PDGA sanctioned tournament, from PDGA Majors, to the Disc Golf Pro Tour, to your local leagues and C-Tiers. Every score is just a few taps away.
