Last year Kevin Jones jumped out to the lead with a 10-down showing in round one of the Idlewild Open and maintained the lead until hole 15 on the final day.

Allen Leads as Idlewild Shows Teeth

With a challenging track like Idlewild, many players in the field had the goal of avoiding big numbers. With the worst scores being quadruple-bogey 8s for many players, the larger digits were mostly kept in check.

Until late.

Great live coverage on Sunday for the FPO event. That last final round was very exciting with every throw seeming to change momentum.
