Two World Champions were crowned on Friday. First, Carlos Rigby became a six-time Masters World Champion at age 87 in MP80. Patti Adams became the back-to-back champion in FA70 in winning her fourth PDGA Major since 2021.

Some races have been settled, but there’s plenty left to determine before the sun sets in northern Arizona, where World Champions will be crowned again for the first time in 18 years.

Here’s a look around the closer action heading into Saturday:

  • Joe Rovere put up a lofty putt from distance to an elevated basket on 16 at Thorpe Park to cap a back nine-surge to tie things up with Cale Leiviska in MP40. The two have pulled away and lead third place by six strokes.
  • In FP40, Ohn Scoggins improved her score at Little America Crew and built her lead to five strokes over Holly Finley.

  • Hank Kirwan reclaimed the lead on Thursday and built it to three strokes over Patrick Brown on Friday.
  • In MP70, David Greenwell went low at Little America Crew to tie things up with Randy Beers, who had led through the first three rounds.
