From SR32 E, SR136 E, SR136 W, SR47 N, or SR231 N (highways that converge at Market St and Washington St.); Go south on Washington St., 3 lights to a left on Wabash Ave. Go east ~6 blocks to a right at 3rd light on Mill St. Park entrance is Joe Allen Pkwy, or 1st left past stop light. Message board and 1st tee near tall monument across from parking area on Joe Allen Pkwy.
