Description

This moderate length course at Mikisew Provincial Park plays perfectly for intermediate golfers honing their skills and for novices seeking challenge. Advanced players will also have a blast as the holes are tight and technical. The course weaves through beautiful spruce, pine and balsam forest. Good signs. Novice discs available at the park to rent and purchase. The course is open year-round and Mikisew Provincial Park is open for camping from mid-June to the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Two group campsites can accommodate up to 75 people (the fall photo in the Media gallery is right beside one of the group campsites). There is another excellent course nearby at Tom Thomson Park making South River a great disc golf weekend destination.
