In toppling the world’s two best disc golfers this weekend en route to a wire-to-wire victory at the Ledgestone Insurance Open, Josh Anthon didn’t do anything terribly flashy. He didn’t unleash highlight reel shots, and his longest putt on the weekend was from 50 feet out. Instead, his play could be encapsulated by one word:

Precision.

Registration has begun for the 2017 Ledgestone Insurance Open presented by Discraft, billed as the most lucrative tournament in disc golf due to its hefty payouts for amateur and professional divisions alike. The Ledgestone Insurance Open, often referred to as simply “Ledgestone”, promises to be even bigger and better than ever before, with the tournament staff releasing several exciting announcements over the past few weeks.
