In the midst of battling for a career win, Chris Dickerson smiled when things started to go sideways, assisted a card mate with his lie and came up clutch in the biggest of moments.

The Tennessee native was, simply, all class throughout at the 2020 United States Disc Golf Championship.

Dickerson weathered the storm in two ways, battling through a torrential final-round downpour and an absolute heater from the chase card, to grab his first PDGA Major victory on Saturday at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Paige Pierce attacked, golfed and responded when Winthrop showed why it’s such a challenge in every sense of the word.

Simply, she just kept fighting her way to her 15th PDGA Major championship

Pierce capped off a wire-to-wire win with both a fierce and calculated approach every step off the way at the 2020 Women’s National Championship on Saturday in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

There was a four-stroke swing on Hole 18 and Paige Pierce still leads the Women’s National Championship by six strokes.

Although it looked a little different than her scorcher to open action at Winthrop, Pierce still matched the hottest round of the day to build the large margin of lead.

Alex Russell saw the cameras arrive on Hole 16 and knew he had something special in the works. Chris Dickerson went into laser mode and torched the course. Somewhat quietly, Eagle McMahon strung together a second-straight, double-digit day.

It was a head-spinning day full of action at Winthrop Arena and we’re just now heading into moving day.
