Minnesota Majestic

Some years the Minnesota Majestic spotlight is on the guys and some years it’s on the gals. This year was most definitely a year for the gals. Almost everybody knew Catrina Allen and Paige Pierce were locked in a tight, tense battle all weekend. It was finally decided on the fifth hole of the Final 9 at Hyland Ski & Snowboard Area in front of a gallery estimated at about 1,000 spectators.

Dave Feldberg managed to play bogey free at The Valley in the second round of the 25th Minnesota Majestic to take the lead from Paul McBeth. His sick 1074-rated round of 10 under par was 4 throws better than anyone else. Playing without a single bogey on this tough course with lots of out-of-bounds adds another chapter to the long history of this popular Twin Cities course.

The Minnesota Frisbee Association is proud to welcome back the world’s best players to the 23rd Annual Minnesota Majestic National Tour Event and Amateur A tier to be held on June 25th to the 27th! For the 5th year in a row, title sponsor, Summit Brewing, has stepped up and make sure that the Majestic will be one of the richest events on the planet!  With the help of the outstanding volunteer staff and all the other sponsors, the 2010 Minnesota Majestic will indeed be Majestic!
