This is a nice course. It's right on the edge of Greenwood lake and has some very nicely maintained holes. You can tell they are doing a lot of maintenance to make the course more playable. That said, there is still some work to do. About half of the holes are in a lush green grass area, and the other half are somewhat obscured in the woods. The tees and markings have been vandalized a bit, but for the most part they are easy to find.

Mostly a par 3, but a few longer holes. Lots of water hazards, and there are a few holes that cross over the picnic area, so they may not be playable. Decent design and certainly a nice option for the area.
