This is a target course with no tees and no baskets. Is it really a disc golf course? The course contact "Cesar" does not respond, and the park personnel have no clue what disc golf is. I was very frustrated, because the park is a historic site, "the battle gringos call 5 de mayo" with tons of potential. To justify a trip to this place and not be able to play at all was very disappointing.
