My favorite local course. I play once to twice a week typically doing the 9 back tees then the 9 front tees. Course is pretty well maintained though can puddle and mud in the wets months. I don't mind the nuisance. Waterproof shoes are a good idea.

Tee pads are all concrete. I've never had a grip/traction issue.

There is Poison Oak so it pays to be in the fairway.

Locals often start on hole 5 or 8 as they are close to free parking alongside the road. Fee parking is available in the counting parking lot. You walk under the freeway to get to hole 1. Speaking f the freeway, yeah, there is a freeway nearby but doesn't come into play nor is it really noticeable. You mostly play lower that the roadway.

Baskets can be hard to see from tees. It pays to walk the course or play with someone who knows the course. I've seen folks play the wrong basket more than once.

Hole 3 - Basket may not be visible from back tee when in D position
Hole 4 - Basket is visible while approaching the tee
Hole 5 - Basket not visible from the tee

Hole 7 - Basket not visible. Visible basket is the practice tee
Hole 8 - Basket usually not visible
Hole 9 - Basket usually not visible

Good elevation changes and tough angles for tee shots and approaches.

Can easily turn this 9-hole course into an 18-hole round by using the short tee pads which offer completely different looks and angles at each basket.

I enjoy the challenge of the uphill and downhill drives and putts.

It can get a bit windy, but that is also fun to practice what shots work best in given wind situations(head, tail, right to left, etc...)

You can take a 5 minute drive across the freeway to Parque De La Raza for another 9 holes. La Raza is the local favorite of the two by far. You should check both of these courses out if you are in the area, as well as the Kelley park 18-hole course about 15 minutes away.

Great course for experienced and novice disc golfers. Free limited street parking. 9 holes with front and back concrete tee pads, framed tee signs, bag holders, and some benches. Some elevation change but nothing too strenuous. Open/canyon-type fairways with trees and bushes to add difficulty - be aware of scattered poison oak on some fairways. Overall, dynamic and fun course to hone your disc golf skills.

I just came from the course.

The course is very easy to find, and there's parking just next to the course. A big plus.

For me, it was difficult that you cannot see the holes from the tees, so I had to always check first where's the hole. (My first time here)

The highway is really close to the course. That wasn't very nice.

But the holes are very nicely positioned on the course. It feels easy and safe to proceed to the next hole.

I have played this corse many times. The best part of this is that they have the ability to move holes around there are 2 tees, short and far and there is 3 different holes a,b,c and they move so its not always the same. the only reason i wont give this 5/5 is becuse it floods in the middel of the corse. Other than that its a grate corse. parking is good and close to the freeway.

I've only played this one course, so I don't have much to compare it to. It is mildly hilly, with lots of trees and bushes to make things interesting. The locals appear to like to come here and trash the place by ripping up course signage and spray painting graffiti around. Kind of sad.
