1 mile south of Grantown-on-Spey on the A95 - 2 hours from Aberdeen; less than 3 hours from the Central Belt. Public transport; buses run to Grantown-on-Spey (friendly drivers have been known to stop especially to drop people off at the top of our drive), and trains to nearby Aviemore - which has a bus stop right outside the station for onward buses to Grantown, as well as a taxi rank.
