Description

The front nine is tight and technical for the first six holes and then starts to open up some. Winding its way along Snowshoe's lower eastern runs along the backside of Cheat Ridge. There are hazards and dilemmas to contend with and the mossy green conifer stands and mountain mists give it a fairy grove setting. An intermediate level course in a great locale. Be aware of mountain bikers also enjoying the terrain. Activities on site include a lake with water sports, lift rides, mtn biking, and hiking.

Directions

64 to 219 to 66 to Snowshoe Drive. Past the Silver Creek Ski Area. Look for Shavers Lake/Shooting Clay signs 2.2 miles from slide run. Right turn to Silver Creek.
