Course Reviews
Great course with great t offs. Easy to navigate the course. First timers might want to join a group that has played before because some of the baskets are hard to know where they are from the t offs. Lots of different approaches needed for the 18 holes on the course which makes it a fun well rounded course. When I went there were a good amount of groups playing. Well kept course
I'm glad to call this my home course! It's a well thought out design with much elevation (it's quite the work out!). Plamann Park is the best in the area, and it's a must play for both locals and visitors.
Very nice course. I just kind of felt right! Good shots for lefties and righties. I wish I would have had time to play the other 9 for the whole 27
Terrific course, went out of our way on a road trip to play here, well worth & would do it again.
If plamman were a woman shed be a busty blonde and shed know how to party! fun course and a good challenge. gotta go. gotta throw.
For new and experienced players alike Plamann offers an exceptional challenge, whether it be with the standard 18 hole course or the addition of holes 19-27. Elevation changes and blind holes are mixed in well with open shots to provide variety that is second to none. Plamann is very well maintained and worth the drive to get there. It's by far the best course I've ever been to.
I see Plamann and Meadowview as one in the same. There are 27 holes and longer holes than most of the courses in the area. It is very well kept up. There are concrete tee pads and a very nice layout. There are no areas of confusion. Over the last 20 years, the trees have grown and made this course much more challenging and more beautiful.
Very popular course on the weekends with sometimes 5 groups waiting to get on in the afternoon. Go in the mornings if you don't like crowds.
First four holes are outstanding. You might want a spotter for hole 4. Hole 7 is slightly downhill and longer with some blue spruce trees to block your views. You can't see the basket from the tee pad on hole 7 and it has a very scenic view.
After hole 12, you can play the extra Meadowview nine. Hole 2 Meadowview is right near Plamann hole 12 and it has a sign to mark it. You can play all 27 by jumping in there and ending on hole 1 Meadowview and then join up with the regular Plamann back at hole 12. Meadowview hole 5 needs a spotter and make sure you stay on the fairways on 6 and 7 as there are plenty of places to lose a disc.
There is elevation on Plamann holes 13, 15, and 16. Holes 10, 11, 12, and 14 are short. Hole 16 is one of my favorite holes: down hill to the right with trees on both sides of the fairway about half way to the pin. A nice long S curve can get you there.
All and all it is one of the nicest courses in Wisconsin. Put this one on your list.

This is a fabulous course, as stated above. Beautiful, challenging, well maintained. My favorite out of the 7 courses I've played.
FYI, IN SPRING OR AFTER RAIN, WEAR YOUR WORST PAIR OF SHOES. YOU WILL GET WET & MUDDY, but it will be worth it anyway. Only a couple holes get muddy, rest are fine.
