Played this course in Feb of 2015, and it was in good shape. I'm a beginner and I loved this course. It is easy to navigate, for the most part, and provides a great variety of holes.

Positives: Just fun. Easy to score well on. At my home course, I usually shoot around +4 or 5. I shot either a -3 or -4 when I played here. Truthfully, several par 4s ought to be par 3s, but I certainly appreciated the low scores, especially when birdies are so tough to come by at my home course. This course has good elevation change. One hole the tee pad is way above the basket and you just throw it as far as you can into an open field below you. Other holes are very uphill, and a missed putt could give you some real trouble. You get to use a variety of shots to do well, but it's all fun. I also appreciate having multiple tee pads and baskets on several holes to add some challenge/variety. Even as a beginner, I usually played from the blues and could score well. The course is around a park, but stays away from the crowds. You shouldn't have to worry about discs hitting anyone. Low risk of losing a disc on this course. Not very crowded when I went. I saw players around, but never had to wait on anyone.

Negatives: Shortest tee pads I've seen, which can really limit your run up. On a couple of holes I had to explore to find the next tee pad. The tee signs could be much better in helping. I never found the tee pad for 18.

Overall: I really enjoyed this course. It's easy and fun. An experienced player would score very well here, I would imagine. The variety of holes was a great mix, and made for an enjoyable day of disc golf!

The course is mostly wide open with a few exceptions making it attractive to beginners and pros alike. Generally, the course is kept well, grass cut, obstructions cleared and so forth. There is park construction going on as of June 2011 causing a few of the t-pads to be missing but not much of an obstruction really. Course plays short (yellow) or pro (blue) and is usually even longer in summer as baskets are lengthened for distance. (Not this year) All in all, very enjoyable course as it is laid out well. Play here is no cost. Heavily played so you meet a lot of other DGers. There are rest rooms at the ball fields but ironically, no water fountains(?)The negative: During 2011, there has been construction going on. #15 is a mudpit and 18's T-pad swallowed by mudslide, sometimes causing players to have to tee from area adjacent. No tee-pads on #16 or from blue box on #12 or yellow #13. Hard to imagine this course has so much fine work but no finishing signature to refine it's value. Needs finshing. All in all, good course and worth a trip to play it.
