Description

The course shares space with Sunset Hills Golf Club, with the front 10 on the golf course and the back 8 on adjacent property. Golf carts available (weather permitting). Day passes ($5) and Carts ($10 per person for 18 holes) at the pro shop. During ball golf season it is best to call ahead and reserve a tee time. An interesting use of terrain, obstacles, and elevation. Risk vs reward is a prominent theme. Lots of water and OB. Pro shop, locker rooms, and a great bar and grill (drinks bought there are allowed on the course if enjoyed responsibly). Yearly memberships available. Pro shop # (309) 347-7553.

Directions

Court St/Rte 9 in Pekin, turn South on Valle Vista Blvd. Stay on Valle Vista to a left into Sunset Hills Golf Club (~300' after the stop sign). Park in parking lot to the right at bottom of hill. Pro shop is just inside the main door on the lower level of the building. Players must check in prior to playing. 1st tee is off the back deck on the south side of the building.
