Description
Welcome to Tyin-Filefjell Frisbee Golf Course! A course like no other. Here, you get to play frisbee in some of the most beautiful nature Norway has to offer. The course follows a lush river, through lively forests, up to scenic viewpoints, and across stunning landscapes. The terrain is also used by wildlife and grazing animals, so please show respect for the surroundings. If you're lucky enough to encounter some of the local animals that provide food and other benefits to the community while you play, take the time to guide them off the course. They are very kind and understanding!
We are very proud of our course, which offers something for all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, you will find challenges suited to your level. To achieve the best possible score, you’ll need to master many different types of throws, interpret the tee signs well, and think outside the box. The course is well marked with signs showing the way to the next tee and to the basket from the tee. If you can't see a sign from the red or orange basket, you’ll find it after the blue basket.
The course has 3 different routes, marked on signs at the tees and in the Udisc app:
Orange Route: A short 4-hole round, perfect for families and beginners.
Red Route: A complete 18-hole course for those who are a bit more experienced in frisbee golf.
Blue Route: A complete 18-hole course for experienced players looking for a challenge.

Introduction to Frisbee Golf
- Each hole starts at the designated tee (teepad).
- After the throw, all subsequent throws must be made from the spot where the disc lands.
- The player furthest from the basket throws first, even if this means throwing several times in a row.
- No player can stand in front of the one who is throwing. This is to avoid dangerous situations.
- A hole is completed when the disc lands in the basket.
- The player with the fewest throws on the previous hole starts first on the next tee.
- Be considerate of other players by staying quiet and still while they throw.
Rules for Using the Course
- Show respect for other people, animals, and nature.
- Do not throw if you might hit someone or if you do not have a clear view of the area.
- Be cautious when retrieving discs near the river, as the stones and edges may be slippery.
- All use of the facility is at your own risk.
