New and well built tee pads and signs.

This course has a lot of narrow fairways and tight angles. Not very beginner friendly.

The holes are generally short and more technical. can easily play this whole course with a putter, and maybe a midrange.

Small parking fee but you can easily finish two 12-hole rounds here in the time it takes for a standard 18-hole round, so it's not a waste of money and the fees help to maintain the park.
