2025 Champions Cup Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Player Packs

  • Player Packs will be given ONLY to those registered players who are personally present at Champions Cup check-in.
  • At no time will a withdrawal or no-show receive a player’s pack; all refunds are cash only.

Withdrawals and Refund Schedule

  • Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, MUST use the “Request a Refund” link found in the registration confirmation email or the “withdraw/refund” link on their player profile on Disc Golf Scene. Registrants who have lost their confirmation email may request a new one from the PDGA Event Support Team.
  • Withdrawals from the waitlist at any time will receive a 100% refund (less the $10 reg fee.)
  • All refunds (including waitlist) will be made minus the $10 non-refundable registration fee.

By March 31 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by March 31 will receive a full refund.

By April 7 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 7 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is backfilled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 75% refund.

By April 14 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 14 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is backfilled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 50% refund.

By April 21 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 21 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is backfilled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 25% refund.

By April 28 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 28 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 0% refund.

After April 28 – Withdrawals after April 28 will NOT receive a refund.

On April 29 – All waitlist registrants who are still on the waitlist on April 29 will receive a full refund minus the $10 registration fee.
