How to Qualify: PDGA Am Worlds Invite
Earn your spot to compete for a PDGA World Championship
The road — and the work — to reach the 2023 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championship begins now.
To compete for a PDGA World Championship, there are a few requirements for an invitation that players must meet, and it begins first and foremost with strong play on the course.

Registration Schedule for the 2022 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships in Princeton, IN»
All competitors at the 2023 PDGA Am Worlds must be an amateur-class PDGA member; must have been current by December 15, 2022; must have completed three PDGA sanctioned events in 2022; and be eligible for a ratings-based invite. Players must stay an Amateur through the end of the event in 2023.
Players who have a PDGA rating of 970 (MA1) or 870 (FA1) or higher in the February ratings update will be able to register during the first registration tier.

Top points earners (2,000 points minimum for MA1; 100 points minimum for FA1) will also receive an invitation. There are special instances for any U.S. states that have a low percentage of PDGA tournament participants as well as international and Canadian players.
